Can’t Log Into NFL Plus –
Oh man, have you ever tried to log into NFL Plus? Ugh, it’s such a huge struggle! I mean, I spend all this money, so I would expect smooth sailing, but…nope! It’s like jumping through hoops every time. Like a wild roller coaster ride!
And don’t get me started on the authentication process. That’s literally a giant mess that takes forever, complete with randomly resetting passwords. It’s like running in circles just to watch a game, y’know? It’s enough to make one throw their hands up in frustration.
So, I’ve been using other apps instead, just to get around the log-in issue. But, why should I have to do that? I mean, I’ve paid for a service to do just that – to let me watch a game.
At this point, I’m so frustrated that I’ve almost given up and decided to never use the service again! I mean, can’t they make it any easier?! But I know I’d be missing out on all the NFL action if I don’t.
I don’t know why it’s so hard to get to the games. It’s like I have to climb an impossible mountain to even see a single play. It’s such a huge pain! I guess I’ll just have to keep trying.
So, I’m just resigned to living this frustrating existence, in hopes of one day watching a game successfully. I guess that’s the only option I have at this point.
Now, I’m researching workarounds and talking to people who have had the same experience. It’s a long process Every time I think I’ve found a solution, I’m proved wrong.
I can only imagine that so many people are dealing with the same hurdles I am. It just really goes to show that customer service is the last thing on these companies’ minds!
I’ve been trying different ways to get into the app, but nothing seems to work. It’s like I’m on an endless quest to get to the end zone with no touchdown in sight!
I’ve even gone as far as turning off my firewalls and restarting my router, but still, the app says I can’t access it. It’s plain annoying!
Finally, I took a break and came to the conclusion that maybe these companies just haven’t caught up with the times. Unfortunately, they are simply lacking in both innovation and customer service.
Not only that, but they just don’t understand why people would want to use an app like NFL Plus. It’s like they are living in the dark ages.
I mean, most people consume entertainment online – but these companies just don’t seem to get it. Which kind of confuses me.
I guess it will have to be business as usual for them – struggle to log in, figure out what’s wrong, repeat the process, until finally we can watch a game. Sigh…
