nfl tight ends 2023

It looks like the 2023 NFL tight end class is going to be epic! The talent and depth at this position is ridiculous. It’s like nothing we’ve seen before. I swear, if I had to pick now, it might be the toughest decision I’d ever make.

The first name that comes to mind is Antwan Floyd. He’s a freaky athlete with size and speed for days. He can line up in the slot, the slot out wide, the backfield — it doesn’t matter. He’s a matchup nightmare that can be used in any formation.

The second name that comes to mind is Cleo Green Jr. He’s an absolute physical specimen, with bear-like strength and incredible agility and body control. He’s got the size to be a real red-zone threat, but the speed to be a major vertical threat as well. His hands are out of this world, and I can’t wait to see what he does to the league next year.

Third on my list is Joe Bishop. His stats don’t jump off the page, but his skill set is undeniable. He’s got the size and athleticism, but the unique thing with him is his football IQ. He knows where to be at the right time, and he can read the defense like a book.

Fourth up is Rock Johnson. Johnson is a real technician at the tight end position. He’s got great footwork and can execute any route. He can also catch the football with his hands, even in tight windows. He’s invaluable in the passing game, but he can also block with the best of them.

Lastly, there’s Joshua Smiley. Smiley is the perfect two-way tight end. He can stretch the seam, block in the run game, and he can even make plays in the return game. He’s the kind of player that coaches love, because he can do so many things without getting out of position.

The 2023 NFL tight ends are going to be a sight to behold, and I can’t wait to see what they bring to the table. They’re some of the best athletes the game has ever seen, and they all possess the ability to make a major impact. No matter what, it’s going to be exciting, and I’m sure that whoever wins the Super Bowl that year will have an undeniable advantage at the tight end spot.

As far as my prediction for the Super Bowl winner, I say give me the defending champion San Francisco 49ers. It’s hard not to like their odds, especially with the addition of tight end, Cleo Green Jr. They already have one of the best offenses in football, and this guy is only going to make them better.

Now let’s talk about the playoffs. I think the tight ends will have a huge impact here too. We saw last season how a guy like George Kittle can basically take over a game, so multiply that by four or five and you get an idea of the kind of effect these guys could have on the post season.

As for the Super Bowl, I’m not sure anything can prepare us for the kind of matchup we could get from this tight end group. We’re talking about a lot of first-round caliber players going head-to-head. That alone should make for an amazing, and maybe even record-breaking, Super Bowl.

And I’m not done yet. I think there could be an X-factor here too. We’ve seen iron-clad defenses nullify tight ends before, but 2023 could be different. I’m really curious to see how the league adjusts and what strategies emerge. It’s going to be a fascinating season, and I can’t wait to see what happens.
